This was a big disappointment for me. Although all the specs say that this phone can run BlackBerry or Google maps, it can't and had to be returned for a refund. If maps are important to you, avoid it. This is probably otherwise an adequate business tool. If you don't mind going through the learning curve of dealing with it's ultra-peculiar keyboard, or wading through a myriad complex and arcane menus, then this may be your toy. I dumped it and went for an iPhone; the contrast simply could not have been greater!
